Based on customer's request or business ideas patented or not yet, we validates technically the option to start developing the new product, module, machine or production line, feasibility study of a project

After drawings, technical test, quality assurance test, simulations and in some cases prototypes testing, we proceed with the manufacturing process based on the customer needs in term of volume.

After considering the feasibly of that project we start our engineering, developing and design process of the product, module, machine or production line. During the process we consider and assess every step, material and process on a regulatory standpoint to add value to the Gantt.

We Carry on the manufacturing processes such as Machining, injection molding, 3D printing, Coating, assembly, quality validation and in some cases sterilization; respecting quality standards compliance, control manufacturing environment, clean rooms and so on.
